Love your pattern... Worked up beautifully. Thank you so very much for sharing. My mobile won't let me post a pic sorry.

I am sooooo stuck.... I have no idea how to continue after after finishing the slot tab up to row 9. I fastened off as instructed. Then pattern says join yarn in first free loop of row 5 .... I have NOOOOOO CLUE what to do.... Please can someone help.....

On row 5 you crocheted into the front loop, now it's time to work into the back loop.

Am I reading this correctly? Are there 2 slots (one on each end)?

Yes there are two slots.

Just finished this scarf and it looks great!! It was easy and fast! Thank you!!! I can't wait to try some more of your patterns!

Can I see what the pattern should look like without slots tied?

Sorry, I didn't take a photo of it open. I have already sent all I had made to the charity they went to for Christmas.

I don't understand how to do this. Please help

This is exactly where I'm stuck. I don't understand

Sorry I don't know how to help when I don't know your problem. If you know how to crochet, just follow the instructions and it will start to make sense.

can the finished product be given as a gift; would you like to be credited as the designer?

Giving as a gift or donating to a charity are always allowed.

Hi Suzetta!
I just finished making this scarlet and I absolutely love the pattern. Thanks so much for sharing your talents with all of us!

I am having a problem with the instructions to: Join yarn with a sc in first free loop of row 5, sc in remaining 4 free loops. (5 sts) Would this just continue the pattern? I guess I can't figure out where the slots are made.

That's the start of the "slot". Just do what the pattern says and it will become clear.

What does sc dec mean?

single crochet decrease

Why are there two tab slots? Don't you need just one and pull the other end through it?
