SHAMROCK NECKLACE


SHAMROCK NECKLACEMATERIALS:1 Party bead necklace
Size 7 steel crochet hook
Small amount green crochet thread
Tapestry needle
NOTES:1. Read pattern through before beginning.
2. The necklace had a crown, I broke it off and smoothed it with an emery board. You could leave it and chain a few chains and skip it.

INSTRUCTIONS:Attach thread with a sc around the necklace between any two beads.

Chain 5, join with a slip stitch in fourth chain from hook to form a ring.

Shamrock Petal: *Ch 3, trc, dc, trc, ch 3, slipstitch all in the ring. Repeat from * twice.

Ch 1, slipstitch in sc. *Ch 3, sc between next 2 beads. Repeat from * once. Join with a slipstitch in sc.

Fasten off.

Weave in ends.

Now I am going to have to drop what I am doing and dig out some green thread and bring some beads in from the dress model in the garage and make one of these in honor of my late friend Vanessa. Thank you SO much for sharing!
