I'm new to knitting and this is the 3rd knitted project I've tried. The only step left to do on this project is the hem. I've thoroughly enjoyed working on this project and can officially say I LOVE TO KNIT! Thanks for a great project for beginners! :-) -K
Hi Suzie,
I love your stuff. I have knitted quite a few of your patterns, they are easy to follow. I admire your talent. I have started knitting some vests for my five granddaughters for Christmas.I did the toddlers vest for the youngest and it turned out great. I am going to make the baby vest garter ridges for my oldest granddaughter and came across a larger size for her. It is the yoked vest knitted by Kathy Pennington.I also have a granddaughter who is five and her chest size is 27" and she wears a 6 to 7 size in clothing. How many stitches would I have to cast on to make a vest for her? I would appreciate any help you could provide. Thank you for your time. TTFN Polly Shelly

I'm new to knitting. This would be my first sweater. What age baby is this sweater for? Newborn? 3 months? Can this be made into full sleeve?
Thank you,Ron

Muriel, sorry you are having so many problems. I explained how many stitches you should have after the increases for each section. Don't know how to make it any clearer. Is it the M1 you don't understand. Google that if that is what you don't understand.
