NOTES:

For the M1, make one I did it two ways, a yarn over and this one: http://www.lionbrand.com/how-to-knit-increasing-between You choose which one you prefer. The yarn over makes a bit larger hole. I like the hole as a decorative element.

The first picture is Red Heart Super Saver color Cool Stripe. Second picture is RHSS Monet.

For the bind off I tried both binding off in seed stitch and in
knit. My preference was the knit. Use whichever you like best.
The picture below is the knitted bind off.

Worsted weight yarn about 53/60

US 8 (5.0mm), 16 inch
circular needles
US 9 (5.5mm), 24 inch
circular needles
Yarn needle
With size 8 needle cast on
80, join and work in the round.
Rounds 1-12: K2, P2 around. 80 sts
Ribbing measures approximately
2 inches.
Change to size 9 needle.
Round 13: K1, *M1, K4.
Repeat around end with M1, K3.
(100 sts)
Rounds 14-17: Knit.
Round 18: K4, *M1, K5.
Repeat around end with M1, K1.
(120 sts)
Rounds 19-22: Knit.
Round 23: K1, *M1, K6.
Repeat around end with M1, K5. (140
sts)
Rounds 24-27: Knit. (140 sts)
Round 28: Kfb, K1, P1. (141 sts)
Round 29: P1, K1. This shouldn’t be ribbing, but seed stitch. (141
sts)
Round 30: K1, P1. (141 sts)
Round 31: P1, K1. (141
sts)
Round 32: K1, P1. (141 sts)
Bind off.
Weave in ends.
