Maybe I should have not said all the way around...maybe like a "u".

Sorry for being a doofus :) but I love this little hood and have tried other hoods and just can't seem to get them right and your seemed so easy when I read it!! I am actually trying it with rainbow colors!!!

  6. Now you got it, yes a "U" shape. Rainbow colors will be great. Would love to see it when it is completed.

I'm seriously confused I did the fsc then all the way down to the 2 DC in the last stitch if row 1 I don't know what it means by 3 DC in end of row and along bottom idk I am seriously confused lol

  13. The end of the row, how about if we call it the side of the fsc? Then you work along the unused loop of the fsc. Hope that helps.

  15. I'm confused as well. I have dc across for the fsc, to where will the 2dc in the last st, end 3dc at the end of fsc go? There aren't enough stitches for that in the fsc row.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Those stitches go in the side of the indicated stitch.

  17. Will I crochet continuing on around? I have an oval shape now.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Oone end will be straight and the other curved. Just follow the instructions, one row at a time. Try not to overthink it..

  21. My brother and I do a charity function around Christmas every year I'm wondering if you would be okay with me using this pattern I will NOT be making a profit off of the scarfs they are given to women and children from the shelter

  22. I'm always happy for people to use my patterns for charitable purposes.

  23. Very easy to follow thank you. I get bored easily, so I turned the scarf bit into a balaclaver. Really pleased with the result.

  26. How would I modify this wonderful pattern for an adult? I want!

    ReplyDelete
  27. Look on the side bar that pattern is listed there.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Is the back loops in the first step of the scarf the straight side not the U shape right just go down the line

    ReplyDelete
  29. The back loop is for the ribbing of the scarf portion.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Probably will fit, but I don't have any children so can't say for sure.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Is it okay make this pattern and sell it? One of my customers have asked me to make it for them.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Since I no longer post things on Etsy that is okay.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I tried this pattern however it is way too small for a 2 year old, any ideas on how to fix it please?

    ReplyDelete
  34. With worsted weight and an I hook it should have been plenty big for a 2 year old. My guess is you used a thinner yarn. You could always make one with the adult instructions.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Where van I find the adult instructions? Please and thank you!

    ReplyDelete
  36. All the patterns are listed in the sidebar, browse and you will see it there.
