FISH WASH CLOTH OR DISHCLOTH

FISH WASH CLOTH OR DISHCLOTH

MATERIALS:
Small amount Sugar ‘n Cream
US size H (5.0 mm) crochet hook
Tapestry needle

GAUGE: Get real it’s a wash cloth

NOTES:
  1. Read instructions through before beginning.
  2. Sugar ‘n Cream 2.5 ounces was enough for 3 wash cloths. 
INSTRUCTIONS:
Fish is worked in the back loop through out.

Row 1: Ch 2, 3 sc in second ch from hook.  Turn. (3 sts)

Row 2: Ch 1, sc in first st, 2 sc in next st, sc in last st.  Turn. (4 sts)

Row 3: Ch 1, 2 sc in first st, sc in each st across to last st 2 sc.  Turn. (6 sts)

Row 4: Ch 1, 2 sc in first st, sc in each st across to last st 2 sc.  Turn. (8 sts)

Row 5: Ch 1, 2 sc in first st, sc in each st across to last st 2 sc.  Turn. (10 sts)

Row 6: Ch 1, 2 sc in first st, sc in each st across to last st 2 sc.  Turn. (12 sts)

Rows 7: Ch 1, 2 sc in first st, sc in each st across to last st 2 sc.  Turn. (14 sts)

Row 8:. Ch 1, sc in each st across.  Turn. (14 sts)

Row 9:  Ch 1, 2 sc in first st, sc in each st across to last st 2 sc.  Turn (16 sts)

Row 10:  Ch 1, 2 sc in first st, sc in each st across to last st 2 sc.  Turn ( (18 sts)

Row 11-18:  Ch 1, sc in each st across.  Turn. (18 sts)

Row 19:  Ch 1, sc2tog, sc in each st across to last 2 sts, sc2tog.  Turn. (16 sts)

Row 20:  Ch 1, sc2tog, sc in each st across to last 2 sts, sc2tog.  Turn. (14 sts)

Row 21:  Ch 1, sc 2tog, sc in each st across to last 2 sts, sc2tog.  Turn. (12 sts)

Row 22:  Ch 1, sc2tog, sc in each st across to last 2 sts, sc2tog.  Turn. (10 sts)

Row 23:  Ch 1, sc in each st across.  Turn. (10 sts)

Row 24:  Ch 1, 2 sc in first st, sc in each st across to last st 2 sc.  Turn (12 sts)

Row 25:  Ch 1, 2 sc in first st, sc in each st across to last st 2 sc.  Turn (14 sts)

Row 26:  Ch 3 (counts as dc), working across sts work dc, dc, hdc, sc in 8 sts, hdc, dc, 2 dc in top of first sc.  Turn (16 sts)

Row 27:  Ch 3 (counts as dc), working across sts work dc, dc, hdc, sc in 10 sts, hdc, dc, 2 dc in top of ch 3.  Turn (18 sts)

Row 28:  Ch 3 (counts as dc), working across sts work dc, dc, dc, hdc, sc in 10 sts, hdc, dc, dc, 2 dc in top of ch 3.  (20 sts)

Fasten off.

Weave in ends.

  3. Love it, I crohet tight and used a #5 hook came out 4" deepth & 7"long. What should it have been TY Did as a Trial but he is cute. TY for pattern

    I couldn't find the butterfly dish cloth - but I did find something else I would like the pattern for FISH WASHCLOTH & DISH CLOTH but I really don't know the computer good and this way of getting the free patterns I don't know - can anybody help me I am going to be 80 years
    old and I would really enjoy these patterns. raba63@aol.com THANKS Barb
